Courtney Sanders

Courtney Sanders is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in legal operations and contract management. Currently serving as the Director of Legal Operations at Republic National Distributing Company since February 2017, Courtney leads initiatives to enhance the efficiency of the Legal department, overseeing various legal technology solutions and managing external counsel relationships. Prior roles include Manager of Corporate Contracts and Sr Paralegal at the same company, where Courtney negotiated alcohol distribution agreements and provided litigation support. Previous experience includes serving as Global Senior Paralegal at Recall Corporation, supporting legal matters across multiple regions, and managing intellectual property portfolios. Courtney has also held senior positions in contract management at Harland Clarke and McKesson. Courtney holds a Bachelor of Arts in English from Emory University.
