Simon Watson is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in digital operations and media management. Currently serving as Operations Director at Republic of Media since October 2015, Simon has also held roles such as Director of Digital and Head of Digital, focusing on innovative, bespoke solutions for clients. In addition to current positions as Director at The Freethinking Group and Numodo, Simon contributes as an Advisory Board Member for The Marketing Society and served as Chair of the Talent Forum at the IPA from January 2017 to December 2019. Previous experience includes management roles at MediaCom and Carat UK, along with a consulting position at Change CRS. Simon holds a Bachelor of Arts in Corporate Communication from Robert Gordon University.
