Laurie Magnon

Laurie Magnon has extensive experience in human resources management, currently serving as HR Manager at Republic Plastics since March 2009, where responsibilities include overseeing all HR services, policies, and programs while ensuring compliance across the organization. Previously, Laurie held the position of Human Resources Manager at Celmet Co, managing all HR functions related to hiring and onboarding. Laurie's earlier experience includes serving as HR/Credit Department Manager at Ridge Lumber, where oversight of HR for both the parent and subsidiary companies was a primary focus, and as Office Manager at Bill Buckett Associates, handling customer service and various administrative duties. Laurie earned an Associate's degree in Administrative Assistant and Secretarial Science from Bryant & Stratton College between 1986 and 1988.
