Cyndi Allen

Cyndi Allen, HRCI-PHR, possesses extensive experience in human resources management, having held various leadership positions in multiple organizations. Currently serving as the Director of Human Resources at Republic Refrigeration since February 2023, Cyndi previously held the same title at BSI Solutions, Inc. and Circle S Ranch. Cyndi's expertise includes onboarding, employee benefits management, labor and employment law, EEO-1 reporting, and job description development, among other HR functions. Prior roles include Human Resource Generalist and Payroll & Benefits Administrator at Christ Covenant Church, Human Resources Manager at TwelveStone Construction, Inc., and Manager of HR & Support Services at Pace Analytical. Cyndi holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Business Administration from the University of South Carolina.
