Matt Henry

Matt Henry has extensive experience in environmental solutions and operations management, currently serving as Area President for the Pacific division at Republic Services since October 1999. Previously, Matt held various leadership roles within Republic Services, including Director of Operations and Area Vice President, overseeing multiple business units, and managing coal combustion products through dedicated teams. Earlier experience includes a role as General Manager, responsible for significant post-collection operations generating $175M in annual revenue, and as Environmental Manager, supervising multiple landfills and collection operations in north Texas. Prior to joining Republic Services, Matt worked at Terracon as a Staff Engineer, focusing on solid waste projects and environmental assessments. Matt earned a Bachelor of Science in Geological Engineering from the Missouri University of Science and Technology.
