Matt Ketchem

Matt Ketchem has extensive experience in management roles across various industries. Since December 2015, Matt has held multiple leadership positions at Republic Services, including General Manager and Operations Manager, overseeing operations, fleet management, sales, finance, and compliance with full P&L accountability. Prior to this, Matt served as Regional Area Manager at Williams Scotsman, directing multiple locations in the Eastern Region to achieve revenue growth and profitability. At Swisher Hygiene, Matt advanced from Regional Vice President to Senior Vice President, managing operations and sales for 70 locations across the U.S. and Canada. Matt's career began at Cintas as General Manager, where operations and financial oversight for a $22 million business were key responsibilities. Matt holds a degree from Pacific University.
