Courtney Alexander

Courtney Alexander is an experienced communications professional currently serving as the Communications Director at the Republican Governors Association since April 2023. Previously, Courtney held the roles of National Press Secretary at the same organization and Strategic Media Advisor at the Republican Main Street Partnership. Additional experience includes serving as Vice President of Public Affairs at The Strategy Group Company and Political Director for Dr. Ralph Abraham's gubernatorial campaign. Earlier positions also encompass Communications Director and Press Secretary for the American Action Network and Congressional Leadership Fund, Deputy Press Secretary for Marco Rubio's Senate campaign, and Press Secretary for Lopez-Cantera's Senate campaign and Congressman Ralph Abraham. Courtney began a career in political communications with Bill Cassidy's Senate campaign as Field Director and is an alumnus of the College of Charleston.
