Jessica Furst Johnson

Jessica Furst Johnson currently serves as an Adjunct Professor at the University of Florida - Fredric G. Levin College of Law, teaching Law of Campaigns: Political and Election Law. As a Partner at Holtzman Vogel since January 2017, Jessica focuses on political law, including campaign finance and election law. Additionally, Jessica holds the position of General Counsel for the Republican Governors Association and previously served as General Counsel for the National Republican Senatorial Committee and Deputy Executive Director for the National Republican Congressional Committee. During the 2016 election cycle, Jessica managed the NRCC's Independent Expenditure efforts, overseeing a budget of over $76 million. Jessica's legal career includes prior roles at Foley & Lardner LLP and Arent Fox, and educational qualifications include a Juris Doctorate from the University of Florida and a B.A./B.J. in Political Science and Journalism from the University of Missouri-Columbia.
