Jim Rowley

Jim Rowley worked as the Deputy Finance Director for Republican National Committee from 2007 onwards. Before that, they also held the position of Deputy Finance Director for Bush-Cheney '04 from May 2003 to August 2004.

Jim Rowley attended the University of Mary Washington from 1987 to 1991, where they earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in History.
