Lisha Rowe

Lisha Rowe is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in both public service and education within Pennsylvania. Currently serving as a Board Member for the Reading Area Transportation Study and as a PA GOP State Committewoman, Lisha also holds the position of Commissioner and President of the Board of Commissioners for the Township of Cumru. With a long-standing role as an Environmental Educator at Twin Valley School District, Lisha has facilitated numerous environmental educational programs and previously worked as an Environmental Education Specialist with the PA Department of Conservation and Natural Resources. Educational credentials include a degree in Plant Medicine from Cornell University and a Bachelor's degree in Biology/Ecology from the University of North Carolina at Charlotte, along with other pertinent qualifications in clinical laboratory science. Lisha has actively participated in various political and civic roles, including serving as a Delegate to the Republican National Convention and as a Judge of Election for Berks County.
