Brad Hecht

Brad Hecht is the EVP, Americas, at The RepTrak Company. In this role, he leads RepTrak’s research initiatives and advisory services. Mr. Hecht is a seasoned executive with an intense passion for building, growing and managing scalable, global content and advisory organizations. Prior to joining RepTrak, he was the COO of Iconoculture, with global responsibility for the Iconoculture sales and marketing, advisory and content, consulting and customer service organizations. Iconoculture was acquired by CEB in 2009. Prior to Iconoculture, Brd was Chief Research Officer and Chief Product Strategist at Yankee Group, where he managed Yankee Group’s global product portfolio, as well as its research, advisory, consulting and content organization. Prior to the Yankee Group, he served as a vice president and general manager at the Massachusetts Institute of Technology, where he was responsible for expanding MIT’s content strategy, including working with MIT’s Technology Review magazine and the creation of its Internet media property. Earlier in his career, Brad spent almost a decade at Gartner Group. He served as SVP and head of research at Gartner’s fastest growing subsidiary, where he led all research planning and standards, model development, and analyst management, training and support. Hecht also spent multiple years in various research and advisory positions with Gartner, including serving as founder of the most successful first-year advisory service in Gartner history. Brad holds a dual degree in international business and science and technology from Georgetown University’s Edmund A. Walsh School of Foreign Service.
