Paul Ickes

Paul Ickes is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in commercial law and contract management. Previously serving as Director of Commercial Legal at Reputation, Paul oversaw a team responsible for drafting, negotiating, and reviewing a diverse range of commercial agreements, including SaaS and technology licenses. Prior to that, Paul held roles at Bloomberg Industry Group as Attorney and Director of Contracts, managing customer contracts and leading a team in negotiations for both commercial and public sectors. Paul also practiced law at ChasenBoscolo and Landsman and Ronald Attorneys at Law, where legal expertise spanned various litigation issues. Earlier in their career, Paul gained operational management experience as General Manager at Kmart. Paul holds a Doctor of Law (J.D.) from the University of Baltimore School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts from Mercyhurst University.
