Paul Ickes

Paul Ickes is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in commercial law, currently serving as the Director of Commercial Legal at Reputation since April 2021. In this role, Paul oversees the legal department, providing strategic guidance across various domains, including contracts, data privacy, intellectual property, and regulatory matters. Prior to this, Paul held the position of Senior Commercial Counsel, managing customer and vendor contracts, at Reputation. Paul's prior experience includes serving as the Attorney and Director of Contracts at Bloomberg Industry Group, where oversight of commercial contracts was key, and practicing law at ChasenBoscolo. Paul began a legal career as a Legal Associate at Landsman and Ronald Attorneys at Law, following a management role at Kmart and a military career as a Military Officer in the US Army. Paul holds a Juris Doctor degree from the University of Baltimore School of Law and a Bachelor of Arts from Mercyhurst University.
