Shannon Jackson

Shannon Jackson is a seasoned marketing professional with extensive experience in growth and digital marketing, currently serving as Sr. Director of Growth Marketing at Reputation since June 2023. Prior to this, Shannon held the role of Director of Demand Generation and Marketing Operations at ServiceMax, where responsibilities included leading digital demand and account-based experience strategies, managing various digital demand generation channels, and collaborating with sales teams to optimize revenue. Shannon's earlier roles included Senior Digital Marketing Manager and Account Based Field Marketing Manager at ServiceMax, as well as experience in corporate event coordination and logistics management with Moondance Adventures. Shannon holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Interior Design from Florida State University and the College of Visual Arts.
