Ria Bhutoria

Ria Bhutoria is an experienced finance professional currently serving as Chief Operating Officer at Repyh Labs since February 2024. Formerly, Ria held roles as General Partner and Principal at Castle Island Ventures from April 2021 to October 2024 and worked as Director of Research at Fidelity Digital Assets between October 2019 and April 2021. Prior experience includes positions as Senior Research Analyst for Crypto Assets at Circle, Equity Research Analyst at Credit Suisse, and several internships in equity research and private equity. Ria's educational background includes a Bachelor of Science in Finance and Economics from NYU Stern School of Business and completion of Level II and Level I of the CFA Program.
