Laure Sassus Bourda is a seasoned HR professional with extensive experience in talent acquisition, people development, and employer branding. Currently, as a founding member and Head of People at Request Finance since August 2020, Laure has successfully scaled the team across 22 countries while fostering a positive culture in a remote-first environment. Prior roles include founding member and HR Manager at Request Network, along with various HR positions at SES-imagotag, GE Healthcare, and ManpowerGroup. Laure holds a Bachelor's degree in creation and enterprise management from Audencia and a Master's degree in sustainable human resource management and diversity from Montpellier Business School.
