Josh Gress has over 14 years of experience in product development within the food industry, currently serving as Senior Manager of Product Development at Request Foods, Inc. since May 2009. In this role, Josh is responsible for entering and updating customer formulations, as well as creating new recipes tailored to customer needs, price points, and nutritional guidelines. Prior to this position, Josh was the Kitchen Manager at Railside Golf from July 2007 to December 2009. Educational credentials include a Master of Science in Agriculture (Food Science and Management) from Washington State University, an Associate's degree in Culinary Arts/Chef Training from Grand Rapids Community College, and a Bachelor of Science in Youth Ministry from Cornerstone University.
