Dimitris Marlagkoutsos has worked in various roles in the tech industry since 2008. In 2008, they worked as a Senior Web Developer for Reality Post Productions. In 2010, they co-founded Triptych Digital Crafts and served as a Senior Web Developer. From 2012 to 2013, they worked as a Freelance Web Developer for LambAndLamp Design Group, Self-Employed Web Designer & Developer, and roleplay.gr. From 2014 to 2020, they worked as a Lead Software Engineer for SpotlightPOS Ltd. In 2020, they worked as a Full-Stack Developer for Doctolib GmbH. In 2021, they worked as a Senior Engineer for Klarna. Currently, they are working as a Senior Engineer for both Request Finance and Request.

Dimitris Marlagkoutsos studied Classical Philology and General Linguistics at Ethnikon kai Kapodistriakon Panepistimion Athinon from 2003 to 2006. Dimitris then attended Universidad Complutense de Madrid from 2006 to 2007 to study Philology and Computational Linguistics. Dimitris also obtained a Diploma in Byzantine Music from Conservatoire Rizopoulou between 1996 and 2003.
