Kevin Kabeya-Mulumba

Kevin Kabeya-Mulumba is an accomplished professional with comprehensive experience in data analysis, talent matching, and prospective student recruitment. Currently serving as an Ambassador at Requity Homes since December 2022, Kevin previously enhanced operational efficiency as a Data Analyst and Talent Matching Associate at mthree, where a custom ETL process implemented using Power BI significantly reduced candidate search time. With a strong background at the University of Ottawa, Kevin optimized processes using Python and Excel, leading to substantial time and cost savings while managing recruitment travel and delivering numerous presentations. Kevin holds a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Algoma University and another Bachelor's degree in Multi-/Interdisciplinary Studies from the University of Ottawa.
