Daniel Mendoza

Daniel Mendoza is a Senior Consultant at Mars & Co. since August 2022 and has been a Venture Management Associate at ReRent since June 2021. Previously, Daniel served as Deputy Director of Economic Research at Scotiabank from September 2018 to August 2020, leading a team of economists to develop economic forecasts and inform C-suite investment decisions. Prior experience includes Deputy Director of Macroeconomics at Finamex Broker Dealer, where Daniel coordinated model generation to assess economic indicators and fixed income strategies, and a tenure as a Financial Researcher at the Central Bank of Mexico, focusing on financial stability and regulatory frameworks. Daniel holds an MBA from Yale School of Management, an M.S. in Finance, and a B.A. in Economics with a finance specialization from Instituto Tecnológico Autónomo de México.
