Kevin Moore has extensive work experience in the field of learning and development. Kevin currently holds the position of Head of Leadership and Learning Delivery at ResQ, a role they have held since September 2022. Prior to this, they worked at Brakes UK as a Learning and Development Partner for Commercial and Emerging Talent from November 2019 to September 2022.

Before joining Brakes UK, Kevin worked at EE for several years. In their role as Senior Training Business Partner, they were responsible for training interventions and driving sales performance across the In-house and Service Partner estate. Kevin also handled compliance training in the sales arena. From January 2013 to July 2015, Kevin served as the Lead Training Manager, overseeing training across three continents and managing training activities for new site launches.

Kevin's experience in learning and development also includes their time at Orange, where they worked as a Training Designer Sales and a Management Development Specialist. Kevin designed content for induction programs, sales skills, management development, and business change initiatives within Orange. Kevin also worked on management development and cultural change programs throughout the UK and offshore partners.

Earlier in their career, Kevin worked as a Training Delivery Team Leader and a Training Deliverer at Orange, where they managed training teams and delivered various training programs. Kevin also worked as an Offshore SME at Orange/Convergys, where they managed offshore teams and designed quality measures and coaching strategies.

Kevin began their career as a Business Coach at Orange PCS, where they focused on the personal and professional development of managers and frontline staff.

Overall, Kevin Moore has a diverse background in learning and development, with experience in various roles and responsibilities across multiple companies.

Kevin Moore attended Stockton Riverside College from 2009 to 2010, where they obtained a Certificate in Training (CIPD). Prior to that, they attended Queen Elizabeth 6th form college from 1992 to 1994, but did not obtain a degree. Kevin also attended Branksome Comprehensive from 1987 to 1992, where they obtained GCSE qualifications. Kevin also has a certification in CIPD from the CIPD institution.
