Montse Juvés Caubet has extensive work experience in revenue management and hospitality. Montse started their career as a Receptionist at RESA, where they managed student registrations and customer journeys. Montse then progressed to become a Residence Hall Manager before taking on the role of Revenue Manager, where they implemented revenue management strategies for short stay business and optimized results for 33 residences. In their most recent position as a Senior Revenue Manager, they focused on maximizing company revenues through the development of new business lines and implementation of new management systems. Prior to working at RESA, Montse completed internships at various hotels and resorts, gaining experience in reception, restaurant service, kitchen, and reservations departments.

Montse Juvés Caubet's education history begins in 1999 when they enrolled at the Universitat de Barcelona to pursue a Degree in Tourism and Hospitality. Montse completed this program in 2004. In 2010, Montse furthered their education by attending the Universitat de Barcelona again, this time completing a Master's degree in E-Tourism: Strategic Management for Tourism Companies. Their focus during this program was on E-Tourism, specifically Marketing and Sales Strategies.

In 2018, Montse gained additional skills and knowledge in the field of Marketing and Sales by enrolling in multiple short courses at Hotel·lo Management Solutions in Barcelona. These courses included Marketing Online Sales: New methodologies, strategies, and techniques, Excel for Revenue Managers, and Advanced Revenue Management.
