Dcca Matthew Rice

Matthew Rice has a diverse work experience in the electrical power industry. Matthew started their career as a Senior Field Service Engineer at Emerson Network Power in 1999, where they worked until 2005. Matthew then joined American Power Conversion as a Sr. Field Service Engineer from 2005 to 2008. Matthew then moved to Schneider Electric, where they held various roles, including District Service Manager and Director, Southeast Operations. Matthew worked at Schneider Electric from 2008 to 2019. Currently, Matthew is working at RESA Power as the Senior Vice President of Systems & Transformer Services Business Units. In this role, they are responsible for switchgear design, build, and delivery, as well as overseeing the transformer services business for the US. Matthew also has experience in leadership positions, such as Vice President/General Manager at RESA Power and General Manager at Schneider Electric.

Matthew Rice attended USCG from 1990 to 1996, where they focused their studies on Electronics. Matthew did not obtain a degree from this institution. Additionally, in July 2017, they obtained a certification in Transforming Schneider Leadership 3 from INSEAD.
