Radoslav Marinov

Radoslav Marinov is an experienced engineering manager with a robust background in data management and analytics. Currently serving as an Engineering Manager at Rescale since April 2023, Radoslav has previously held significant roles at Cruise, where oversight of a team responsible for fine-grained data storage tools for a major driverless vehicle company was undertaken. Radoslav also led the Data & Billing team at Brightcove, delivering essential video playback data using Agile methodologies. A solid academic foundation is established with multiple advanced degrees from the University of Southern California, including a PhD in Applied Mathematics and two Master's degrees in Statistics and Mathematics. Radoslav has experience in academia as an adjunct professor and teaching assistant, coupled with a strong volunteering background that enhanced operational efficiencies in educational programs.
