Jakub Bajla has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning several companies and roles. Jakub started their career at Richard Fritz Holding GmbH as an Assistant/Analyst in the Purchasing Department in December 2010. After a few months, they moved on to LR, s.r.o. where they worked as a Logistics Manager from January 2011 to October 2013.

In 2013, Jakub joined AT&T, initially taking on the role of an Order/Project Implementation Manager (AVPN service) from October 2013 to December 2015. Jakub then progressed to become the EMEA Regional Account Director (Senior), serving in that position from December 2015 to July 2017.

Following their time at AT&T, Jakub transitioned to Resco.net and took up the role of Business Development for Nordics, working from August 2017 to March 2020. This was followed by their employment at Microsoft, where they held various positions. Jakub started as a Partner Development Manager for Slovakia from April 2020 to August 2021. Subsequently, they worked as a Presales Consultant from September 2021 to December 2021, focusing on Microsoft Solution Assessments. Jakub then took on the role of Slovak Site Council Member from July 2020 to June 2023, while simultaneously serving as the Client Technology Lead, responsible for driving digitalization and innovation strategies for Microsoft Enterprise customers from January 2022 to June 2023.

Most recently, Jakub returned to Resco.net in June 2023 as the Manager of Sales.

Jakub Bajla completed their Bachelor's degree in Business IT from the Faculty of Management, Comenius University in Bratislava. Jakub attended the university from 2011 to 2015. In addition to their degree, Jakub obtained certifications in various fields. Jakub became a Microsoft Certified: Azure AI Fundamentals in February 2021, a Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals in June 2020, and a Six Sigma Green Belt through AT&T in April 2015.
