Ardie Faber is an experienced GxP compliance consultant with a strong background in the pharmaceutical industry. Currently serving as a Senior GxP compliance consultant at Rescop since February 2015, Ardie has previously held roles at Teva Pharmachemie, including Supervisor Parenteral Operations, overseeing 25 production operators in the compounding, filling, and packaging of sterile oncology medicines. Responsibilities included logistics management, batch documentation review, deviation reporting, and participation in CAPA and Change Control teams. Prior to Teva, Ardie was an operator specializing in oncology medicines and also gained experience in sales and IT support while pursuing a dancesport career. Ardie holds a Propedeuse degree in Pharmacy from the University of Groningen and completed secondary education at Christelijke scholengemeenschap Vincent van Gogh in Assen.
