Rafał Buczek has a diverse background in the field of pharmaceuticals and IT compliance. Rafał started their career at PLIVA in 2001, specializing in computer systems validation. From 2010 to 2011, they worked as an IT computer systems validation specialist at PLIVA/ TEVA Krakow. Rafał then joined Teva Operations Poland in 2011 as a Coordinator for IT Computer System Validation, responsible for ensuring compliance with pharmaceutical standards. Meanwhile, in 2009, Rafał became the Chairman of GAMP Poland, a branch of the international organization GAMP, operating within ISPE. Rafał held this position until 2013, simultaneously serving as a member of the GAMP EU Steering Committee. From 2013 to 2017, Rafał served as the Chairman of ISPE Poland, where they represented the organization and made strategic decisions. In 2017, they joined Rescop as a Senior Consultant, later transitioning to the role of Principal Consultant. Currently, Rafał holds the position of Director of Operations Poland at Rescop.
Rafał Buczek began their education in 1995 at the AGH University of Krakow, pursuing a Master of Science (MSc) degree in Automation and Metrology. Rafał successfully completed their studies in this field in 2000. Later, in 2003, Rafał enrolled at the AGH University of Krakow once again, this time pursuing a Master of Science (MSc) degree in Computer Software Engineering. Rafał completed their studies in this field in 2004.
