M. Leslie Palmer is an experienced leader in the nonprofit and social impact sectors, currently serving as Co-Managing Director of the Impact Summit of Texas, where efforts focus on convening thought leaders and driving social and environmental progress. As the Founder and Managing Consultant of M. Leslie Palmer Consulting Group, strategic guidance is provided to mission-driven organizations. Previous roles include Executive Director at the World Affairs Council of San Antonio, and Vice President & Executive Director at City Year, where M. Leslie Palmer led site operations. Significant contributions were also made at the American Red Cross in various leadership positions, including Assistant Vice President of Development and Chief Development Officer. Educational qualifications include a Bachelor of Arts in Psychology and Criminal Justice from Villanova University and further studies at Providence College.
