Erika Redke

Erika Redke is an Associate Research Scientist and Research Evaluation Manager at Rescue | The Behavior Change Agency, where responsibilities include planning and conducting evaluations for diverse campaigns, collaborating across departments, and analyzing data to improve campaign effectiveness. With a strong background in research, Erika has led primary research efforts, moderated extensive focus groups, and served as Principal Investigator for numerous studies. Previous experience includes roles as Community Liaison for the City of Pasadena, where Erika coordinated community needs assessments, and Project Manager at Muir Ranch, focusing on community-supported agriculture. Erika holds a B.A. in Public Health from the University of California, Berkeley and is completing an M.S. in Quantitative Psychology at Ball State University.
