Brooke Taylor Mcn

Brooke Taylor MCN, RDN, LD is an experienced outpatient dietitian currently working at RescueMD since January 2024 and serving as a PRN Clinical Dietitian at Dallas Regional Medical Center since October 2023. Previously, Brooke held a PRN Clinical Dietitian position at Texas Health Resources from September 2023 to February 2024. Brooke completed a dietetic internship at the University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center from August 2021 to August 2023 and has additional experience as a Special Assistant of Business Operations at the University of North Texas from May 2020 to March 2022, and a Housing Ambassador at UNT Department of Housing and Residence Life from January 2019 to May 2020. Educational qualifications include a Master of Clinical Nutrition from the University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center and dual Bachelor of Arts degrees in Anthropology and Biology from the University of North Texas, both completed in 2021.
