Belinda Teller

Belinda Teller is an experienced human resources professional currently serving as the Chief Human Resources Officer at Rescue Mission since April 2014, previously holding the role of Director of Human Resources. In this position, Belinda is responsible for executing human resources strategies aligned with organizational goals, focusing on recruitment, talent management, and professional development. Prior to Rescue Mission, Belinda worked as a Senior Human Resources Business Partner, managing HR functions for over 350 employees and collaborating with management to enhance HR practices. Belinda's experience also includes serving as a Health Analyst at International Brotherhood of Teamsters Local 289, where communication of benefits to over 13,000 participants was a key responsibility, and as a Human Resources Coordinator at King + King Architects, overseeing various HR operations and initiatives. Belinda holds a Bachelor of Science in Business/Managerial Economics from SUNY Empire State College and also completed studies at State University of New York Cortland and Tully High School with honors.
