Previously, Jaime held various positions such as Vice President of Culinary Innovation at Vienna Beef and Research Chef at Ed Miniat, Inc. with a Bachelor's degree in Culinary Arts & Hospitality Management from Kendall College. Jaime has also been involved with the American Culinary Federation and the Research Chefs Association in different capacities.
