Anna-Riikka Oravakangas

Anna-Riikka Oravakangas is a Communications Specialist with extensive experience in various communications roles within public sector organizations. Currently employed at the Research Council of Finland since June 2019, Anna-Riikka previously worked at the Ministry of Finance, where responsibilities included planning communications for the Public Sector ICT department and participating in strategic governance communications. Additional experience includes roles at the Academy of Finland as Press Officer and at the Embassy of Finland in Washington D.C. as a Communications Trainee. Anna-Riikka holds a Master of Arts in Organizational Communication and a Bachelor of Arts in Communication and Media Studies from the University of Vaasa, as well as ongoing studies at the Free University of Bozen-Bolzano.
