Brian Moyer

Brian Moyer has worked for Research Data and Communication Technologies Corp. (RDCT) since 2007. In their first role as Senior Project Manager, they combined Good Clinical Practice (GCP) standards and 21 CFR part 11 Regulations with project management training to initiate, plan, execute, and evaluate global data network projects. Brian also managed various contract services from concept to closure, as well as efficient network security. Brian's second role at RDCT was Sub Contract Manager, where they established and documented standard operating procedures, responded to RDCT staff inquiries, and managed accounts payable. In their third role at RDCT as Quality Assurance/Service Level Analyst, they designed and administered the technology service lifecycle, solved isolated and recurring IT problems, managed connectivity and availability for all RDCT projects, and developed a service catalog for an IT portfolio for NIAID.

Brian Moyer attended James Madison University from 2001 to 2005, where they earned a B.S. in Psychology. Prior to that, they attended BCC from 1997 to 2001.
