Basel Abusharkh is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in technology, innovation, and industrial development. Currently serving as Team Lead at the Research, Development and Innovation Authority (RDIA), Basel leads strategies for sustainable supply systems. As Chief Technology Officer at Sami Holding and Founder of Khair Inorganic Chemical Industries Company - InoChem, Basel played a crucial role in establishing the only soda ash producer in the GCC and the largest calcium chloride producer globally. Additional leadership roles include CTO and CEO at IDEA Salt Company, focusing on desalination and salt production, and expertise in technology commercialization at DTRI - SWCC.
