Lama Naseer

Lama Naseer is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in leadership roles across various sectors. Currently serving as the Institutional Funding Sector Lead at the Research, Development and Innovation Authority since June 2023, Lama also holds positions as an Investment Committee Member at Muttawiffy Hujjaj South Asia Company and as President and Founding Board Member of the CellA+ Network since March 2012. Previously, as a WIn Fellow with the Atlantic Council, Lama supported women entrepreneurs, while also contributing as a board member at DAH Institute for Training. Lama's experience includes serving as Chief Financial Officer and Director of Partnerships at Aanaab, managing significant initiatives at Eradah consultancy, and advancing entrepreneurship at the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development in Saudi Arabia. With an academic background that includes degrees from Esade, Bayes Business School, and Dar Al-Hekma University, Lama Naseer combines strategic vision with a commitment to empowering women and fostering innovation.
