Kim Glassman

Kim Glassman currently serves as the Senior Research Director in the Catalyst Department at Research for Action and is a Principal at Mosaic-Consulting.io, roles held since March 2024 and April 2023 respectively. With a career spanning over two decades, Kim has held key positions including Director, Senior Director, and Vice President at Equal Measure from September 2016 to March 2023, and worked as a Strategy and Evaluation Consultant independently from August 2008 to August 2016. Prior experience includes serving as a Senior Consultant at Hezel Associates, Evaluation and Research Program Associate at the William Penn Foundation, Research Associate and Liaison to Family Court at Temple University, Research Assistant at the Belmont Center for Comprehensive Treatment, and a Kindergarten Teacher with the School District of Philadelphia.
