Molly Pileggi

Molly Crofton Pileggi is a seasoned education researcher and advocate with extensive experience in various educational roles. Currently serving as a Senior Research Associate at Research for Action since May 2017, Molly focuses on planning, conducting, and disseminating educational research in Philadelphia and beyond. Prior to this position, Molly held significant roles including Senior Programmer Analyst at Mathematica Policy Research, where the emphasis was on education, healthcare, and labor projects, and serving as Secretary and Board Member for SAGE, a non-profit organization dedicated to providing scholarships for Guyanese students. Molly's background includes an internship at UNICEF, a graduate assistantship at the University of Pennsylvania, teaching at North Star Academy Charter School, and participation in Teach For America. Molly's educational qualifications include a Master of Science in International Education Development from the University of Pennsylvania and a Bachelor's degree in Electrical and Computer Engineering from Cornell University.
