Elizabeth Magier-Duggan

Elizabeth Magier-Duggan is an accomplished Operations Manager at the Research Foundation for Mental Hygiene, Inc., since May 2023, overseeing grant submission and compliance processes. Prior to this role, Elizabeth served as the Director of Compliance and Grants Management at Burke Neurological Institute, where significant improvements in departmental policies led to the successful submission of over 30 research projects and the acquisition of more than $12 million in federal funding annually. Elizabeth also directed the Foster Grandparent Program at the Westchester Community Opportunity Program, managing a $1.2 million federally funded initiative. Elizabeth holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology and Women's and Gender Studies, along with a Master's degree in Public Administration, both from Clark University.
