Melissa Hinds

Melissa Hinds, MSN, RN, has been integral to the Research Foundation for Mental Hygiene, Inc. since August 2008, currently serving as Associate Director for Health and Technology as well as Director of the Online Assistance Unit. Hinds skillfully merges clinical guidance with holistic, culturally relevant practices in trauma-informed care and actively participates in developing comprehensive training and technical assistance plans. Prior roles include Project Coordinator, LMS Administrator, and Operations and Senior Project Manager, where responsibilities encompassed managing health education materials, overseeing virtual learning operations, and ensuring effective access to learning systems. Previously, Hinds worked as an Operational/Account Assistant at Athalon Sportgear, Inc., managing financial reporting and analysis. Hinds holds a Master of Science in Nursing Education, a Bachelor’s Degree in Registered Nursing, an Associate's Degree in Registered Nursing, and a Bachelor's Degree in Biology and Africana Studies from reputable institutions.
