Shelley Qu

Shelley (Mengxue) Qu, MBA, currently serves as Division Administrator at the Research Foundation for Mental Hygiene, Inc., where responsibilities include collaborating with leadership to strategize program growth and operational efficiency while supporting grant proposal development.
