Brian Adams

Brian Adams has a strong background in software development and engineering. Brian is currently working as a Technical Director at Research Innovations Incorporated since March 2020. Prior to this, from 2017 to 2020, Brian worked at Raptics, Inc. as the Director of Engineering, leading a team of approximately 25 engineers and overseeing the development and deployment of new technologies.

From 2011 to 2017, Brian held the position of Principal Software Engineer at Decisive Analytics Corporation. During their time there, they developed and operationalized advanced analytics in a large-scale Hadoop platform and led a multi-vendor team for a pilot project.

Brian also has experience working at Raytheon as a Senior Software Engineer from 2005 to 2011, where they focused on software integration and rapid prototyping using Java and C/C++. In addition, they worked as a Research Assistant at East Carolina University from 2003 to 2005, conducting graduate-level research in Artificial Intelligence with a focus on Natural Language Dialog and Plan Recognition.

In 2002, Brian started their career as a Systems Engineer at AMERICAN SYSTEMS, where they developed test plans and cases and provided automated performance and functional testing for the State Department Customer.

Brian Adams completed their Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science from East Carolina University from 1998 to 2002. Brian then pursued further education and obtained a Master of Science degree in Computer Science from the same university from 2003 to 2005.
