Elena Hughes

Elena Hughes has a diverse work experience that spans over many years. Elena is currently the Director of Business Development at Research Innovations Incorporated, a position they have held since January 2022. Prior to this, Elena worked at J.P. Morgan as a Vice President from September 2015 to January 2022. Elena also has experience as a Veteran Associate at Guggenheim Partners in 2015 and as a Project Manager at JP Energy from October 2014 to June 2015. Before entering the corporate world, Elena served in the US Army in various leadership positions from March 2006 to October 2014.
