Jack Sommer

Jack Sommer is an experienced business development professional specializing in Army C5ISR initiatives. Currently serving as the Business Development Director for Tactical Command & Control at Research Innovations Incorporated since September 2023, Jack oversees pipeline development and capture initiatives for key Army organizations. Prior to this, Jack held the position of Director of Customer Relations – Army at ASRC Federal, focusing on business development and growth in the Army C5ISR market. Jack's earlier roles include Business Development and Portfolio Management for Army C4ISR at Leidos, various management and program leadership positions at Northrop Grumman Corporation, and as a Program Manager for the JDISS Program at Litton PRC/Northrop Grumman. Jack's career began in the United States Navy, where expertise in Intelligence Systems was gained. Jack holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Information Systems from Widener University.
