Kyle Johnson

Kyle Johnson has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Kyle is currently working as a Senior Software Engineer at Research Innovations Incorporated since July 2022. Prior to that, they served as a Software Engineer II, Full-Stack - Ecommerce Product Engineering at GameStop from 2021 to 2022. Kyle also worked as a Software Engineer II / Scrum Master at Raytheon Intelligence & Space from 2019 to 2021.

Before transitioning to the technology field, Kyle worked in the education sector. Kyle served as an Educational Consultant at Plano ISD from 2018 to 2019, where they developed the district's AP Computer Science curriculum and coordinated curriculum and instruction for the campus biology team as the Biology Discipline Lead. From 2015 to 2018, they worked as a Secondary Science Team Lead, teaching various biology courses to high school students.

Kyle's earlier experience includes a role as an Associate Professor at Collin College from 2014 to 2017, where they taught biology courses and emphasized biotechnological techniques. Kyle also worked as a Graduate Teaching Assistant at The University of Texas at Dallas from 2012 to 2014, where they facilitated workshops on eukaryotic molecular and cell biology.

In the early stages of their career, Kyle gained experience working at Google as a Local Business Representative from 2007 to 2008.

Kyle Johnson has a diverse education history. Kyle obtained a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Computer Science from Oregon State University in 2019. Prior to that, they earned a Master of Science (M.S.) in Molecular and Cell Biology from The University of Texas at Dallas in 2014. In 2013, they also completed a Bachelor of Science (B.S.) in Molecular Biology from the same institution. Kyle'seducational journey started at Collin College, where they earned an Associate of Science (A.S.) in Biology in 2010.

Furthermore, Kyle has acquired several certifications to enhance their skills. In 2021, they obtained the Certified Scrum Developer (CSD) certification from Scrum Alliance. Kyle also earned the Certified Scrum Product Owner (CSPO) and Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) certifications from the same institution in the same year. In 2020, they received the AWS Certified Cloud Practitioner certification from Amazon Web Services (AWS). Kyle has other certifications as well, including Biotechnology from Collin College, and teaching certifications in Life Science 7-12 and Science 7-12 from the Texas Education Agency. Additionally, they are a Six Sigma Specialist, certified by Raytheon Intelligence & Space.
