Previously, Rebecca has worked in various research and academic roles, including as a Faculty Research Associate at the Naval Postgraduate School and as Indo-Pacific Outreach & Strategic Partnerships Program Manager at Applied Computer Tech. Rebecca has a diverse educational background with degrees in Engineering-Modeling & Simulation, International Studies, Public Policy, and Psychology.
