Helena Björk

Helena Björk is a board member at RISE. Helena previously worked as a product engineer at Valmet from January 2010 to December 2019. Prior to that, they were a sales engineer at Camfil Farr Power Systems AB from June 2006 to December 2010, where they did application engineering for air filtration systems and noise reduction. Helena also did an internship at Valeo Lighting Systems from February 2003 to July 2003, where they worked on quality improvements and warranty depr. From January 2004 to June 2006, they were a design engineer at Metso Power AB, where they did pressure part design, product engineering, and standardization. Helena started their career as a design engineer at Maku Stål AB from January 1999 to December 2000, where they designed steel trusses for indoor halls and larger commercial premises.

Helena Björk has a Bachelor of Science in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Borås and a degree in Europakunskap from Blekinge Institute of Technology. Helena also has a degree in Inter culture communication from Karlstads Universitet. Helena has worked as a project manager for 7.5 years.
