Daniela Nikolova is the Chief Executive Officer of Curly, the first Bulgarian online store dedicated to curly hair products, which has established itself as a market leader since its launch in 2021. In addition to this role, Daniela has been associated with Research Metrics since September 2011, holding multiple positions including Marketing Manager, Human Resources Manager, and Project Assistant. Daniela holds a Master's degree in Sales Management and Merchandising and a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, both from the University of Economics in Varna.

Research Metrics was founded in 2004 to develop mystery shopping software. Through the years we have expanded our suite of products to move beyond mystery shopping into customer satisfaction, marketing research, internal auditing, and other data collection methods. Our core product is our Shopmetrics mystery shopping platform, however have brought many other products to market in recent years as we have matured in the industry. Our software is used throughout the world, with offices in both the US and Europe.
