Magdalena Zheleva has extensive experience in business services and client management, currently serving as the Business Services Lead at Shopmetrics, Inc. since September 2012. In this role, Magdalena manages key Software Service Lines, oversees a team of client services specialists, and drives business improvement projects while handling case escalations and complex client situations. Research Metrics was founded in 2004 to develop mystery shopping software. Through the years we have expanded our suite of products to move beyond mystery shopping into customer satisfaction, marketing research, internal auditing, and other data collection methods. Our core product is our Shopmetrics mystery shopping platform, however have brought many other products to market in recent years as we have matured in the industry. Our software is used throughout the world, with offices in both the US and Europe.
