Zhivko Zhelyazkov has extensive experience in client services and survey development, currently serving in a client services position at Research Metrics since May 2021. Prior experience includes multiple roles at Ipsos from March 2013 to April 2021, such as Survey Development Manager, Assoc. Project Manager, Senior Data Specialist, and Training and Development Specialist. Zhivko held various positions at Synovate from April 2007 to March 2013, including Quality Assurance Team Lead and Data Processing Team Lead. Earlier in career, Zhivko worked as a Data Specialist at Bulgarian Online Research from January 2006 to March 2007. Zhivko Zhelyazkov holds a Bachelor's degree in Economics from Sofia University St. Kliment Ohridski, earned between 1998 and 2002.

Research Metrics
Research Metrics was founded in 2004 to develop mystery shopping software. Through the years we have expanded our suite of products to move beyond mystery shopping into customer satisfaction, marketing research, internal auditing, and other data collection methods. Our core product is our Shopmetrics mystery shopping platform, however have brought many other products to market in recent years as we have matured in the industry. Our software is used throughout the world, with offices in both the US and Europe.
