Allyson Herro

Allyson Herro has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Allyson currently serves as a Senior Human Resources Generalist at AprilAire since May 2022, where they manage headcount needs, coordinates the internship program, and executes morale and retention initiatives. Prior to this, they held the role of Human Resources Generalist at the same company from February 2019 to November 2022.

Before joining AprilAire, Allyson worked at Kohl's Department Stores from August 2016 to February 2019. Prior to that, from 2011 to 2013, they attended Carthage College, where they pursued studies in Business Administration and Management but did not obtain a specific degree. Allyson'ssecondary education took place at Martin Luther High School from 2007 to 2011.
